Spray foam insulation provides an opportunity for homeowners and builders to add value to their property by focusing on both product performance and positive environmental impact.

Architectural, design and engineering communities have utilized the many benefits and unique characteristics of sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) for nearly half a century.

Spray Foam is an applied cellular plastic that forms a continuous, monolithic barrier on walls, around corners, and on all contoured surfaces and protrusions. It adheres directly to the substrate and around even the most difficult shapes.

High R-Value R6 per inch

Sprayed Polyurethane Foam has the highest R - Value per inch of thickness of any insulation product, enabling the customer to achieve the highest R - Value thermal resistance in many building specific situations.

Typical Recommended R-Values for BC area:

• • R20 to R22 walls
• • R28 Flat Roof/Decks & Cantilever overhangs (with living space above)
• • R40 Attic/Roof

Thermal Efficiency

More than 50% of the energy used in a typical home is for space heating and cooling. Much of that conditioned air escapes through poorly sealed, under-insulated attics. Only 20% of the homes built before 1980 are well insulated.
